We ship through USPS to the 48 states in the contiguous United States.

We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances outside of our control.

There is a flat $5 shipping charge for orders under $50.

If you need expedited shipping the fee goes up to $10.

Orders of $50 and over get free shipping.

We offer free porch pick-up in East Durham.

If you live close by you can opt for this option at checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with information on where to get your order.

Our pick-up schedule is weekdays 10am-7pm.

Exchanges for pet accessories are dealt with in a case by case basis.

We do not offer any returns or refunds on any of our products.
All online and in person/event sales are final.
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@malunepets.com within 7 days of delivery to fix the problem.
Items must be unworn and unused preferably in its original packaging.
