📦 Shipping 📦

We ship through USPS to the 48 states in the contiguous United States.

We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances outside of our control.

There is a flat $5 shipping charge for orders under $50.

If you need expedited shipping the fee goes up to $10.

Orders of $50 and over get free shipping.

We offer free local pick-up in Durham, NC.

If you live close by you can opt for this option at checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email to schedule your pick-up date and time.

Our pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm.

Measure your pet's neck before purchasing an accessory.

Our sizing guide can be found in the website's header & footer.

Exchanges for pet accessories are dealt with in a case by case basis.

We do not offer any returns on our products.

Any exchange or refund will be in the form of a digital gift card.
All online and in person/event sales are final.
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@malunepets.com within 7 days of delivery to fix the problem.
Items must be unworn and unused preferably in its original packaging.

We will let you know if we are able to make it happen.

The timeframe to fulfill a custom order depends on the project.

Warranty

While our products are designed with longevity in mind, please understand that they too will wear and tear eventually. Our products are designed to last you for years to come with proper care. Please keep in mind, the more your pet wears something, the more worn out the product will become. 

Always supervise your pet when wearing any accessories, especially when playing with others.

We are not responsible for any damages done to our products after purchase. 

If your item has signs or wear and tear, we will not be able to offer any sort of refund or exchange. 

Consider donating gently used gear to your local shelters if you are upgrading.
