While our products are designed with longevity in mind, please understand that like anything else, they too will wear and tear eventually. Our products are designed to last you for years to come with proper care. Please keep in mind, the more your pet wears something, the more worn out the product will become. 

Always supervise your pet when wearing any accessories, especially when playing with others.

We are not responsible for any damages done to our products after purchase. 

If your item has signs or wear and tear, we will not be able to offer any sort of refund or exchange. 

Please consider donating gently used gear to your local shelters if you are upgrading.
